Overview
Betcipline is a betting analytics and coaching product. We are not a bookmaker, sportsbook, or gambling operator. This policy explains what we collect on our landing page and waitlist.
Information we collect
- Waitlist: email address, consent confirmation, signup source, and a one-time confirmation email when you join early access.
- Analytics: aggregated usage events via PostHog (EU) such as page views and waitlist funnel steps — only after you accept analytics cookies. We do not use analytics to guarantee outcomes or encourage reckless betting.
- Error monitoring: application errors via Sentry (EU) to keep the site reliable. We do not send session recordings or use error monitoring to collect marketing profiles. Error reports avoid unnecessary personal data such as waitlist emails.
- Technical data: standard server and CDN logs may include IP address and browser type for security and reliability.
How we use data
- Notify you about Betcipline launch and early access.
- Measure landing page interest and improve the product.
- Protect the waitlist from abuse and spam.
We do not sell your personal data.
Storage
Waitlist signups are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Analytics events are processed by PostHog in the EU. Error reports are processed by Sentry in the EU. Data is retained while the waitlist and product validation are active, unless you request deletion.
Your rights
You may request access or deletion of your waitlist email by emailing privacy@betcipline.com. Withdrawing consent means we will not send launch updates.
