Privacy Policy

Overview

Betcipline is Betting Decision Intelligence software. We are not a bookmaker, sportsbook, or gambling operator. This policy explains what we collect on the website, free audit, waitlist, and (when live) checkout.

Information we collect

• Waitlist: email address, consent confirmation, signup source, and a one-time confirmation email when you join product updates.
• Audit: a public Polymarket wallet address you paste so we can read public history. We do not ask for private keys or signatures. Do not send keys to us.
• Payments (when live): Paddle (or the recorded processor) collects card and billing details as merchant of record. Betcipline does not store full card numbers.
• Analytics: aggregated usage events via PostHog (EU) such as page views and audit funnel steps — only after you accept analytics cookies. We do not use analytics to guarantee outcomes or encourage reckless betting.
• Error monitoring: application errors via Sentry (EU) to keep the site reliable. We do not send session recordings or use error monitoring to collect marketing profiles. Error reports avoid unnecessary personal data such as waitlist emails.
• Technical data: standard server and CDN logs may include IP address and browser type for security and reliability.

Cookies and similar storage

We use a small amount of browser storage to run the site and, with your permission, to measure landing page interest.

• Necessary: required for the site to work (for example waitlist form security, error monitoring via Sentry EU, and remembering your cookie choice in localStorage).
• Analytics (optional): PostHog (EU) cookies and storage used only if you click Accept analytics on our cookie banner. These help us understand page views and waitlist funnel steps. If you choose Necessary only, we do not load PostHog analytics.

You can change your choice by clearing site data for betcipline.com in your browser, or contact privacy@betcipline.com for privacy requests.

How we use data

• Notify you about Betcipline product updates if you joined the waitlist.
• Run the free audit and (when you pay) unlock the purchased report.
• Measure product funnel interest and improve the product.
• Protect the waitlist and audit from abuse and spam.

We do not sell your personal data.

Storage

Waitlist signups are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Analytics events are processed by PostHog in the EU. Error reports are processed by Sentry in the EU. Data is retained while the waitlist and product validation are active, unless you request deletion.

Your rights

You may request access or deletion of your waitlist email by emailing privacy@betcipline.com. Withdrawing consent means we will not send launch updates.
