Who we are
These terms are for the Betcipline website and product. The seller is Rafał Radziszewski IT Solutions(sole trader / JDG), VAT EU PL7712653127, Aleja Bohaterów Września 22 / 171, 02-389 Warszawa, Poland. The brand name is Betcipline. Betcipline provides Betting Decision Intelligence: software that analyses betting or prediction-market history you already produced.
Service description
You can start a free audit without an account by importing a read-only public Polymarket wallet address. Software calculates deterministic metrics and patterns, then shows a free snapshot. A one-time paid unlock may reveal the full personalised report. See the sample report for a representative anonymised example. Product updates remain optional via the waitlist.
No gambling operations
Betcipline is not a licensed bookmaker, sportsbook, casino, or gambling wallet. We do not accept deposits, place real-money bets, settle wagers, execute trades, or pay out winnings. We do not request wallet private keys or signing permissions. Any betting you do remains with external operators at your own risk.
Paid full report
The current SKU is a one-time unlock of a personalised analytics report. The listed price is a hypothesis of USD 14.99 (ex-tax) and may change. This is not a betting deposit, stake, or wallet top-up. When a payment processor is live, Paddle (or the processor recorded in the PSP gate) is the merchant of record for card charges, tax, receipts, and refunds. Refunds are described on the Refund Policy. Production charges stay off until written processor acceptance is recorded.
