What you buy

Betcipline sells a one-time digital unlock of a personalised analytics report about history you already produced. The listed price is currently a hypothesis of USD 14.99 (ex-tax). This is not a betting deposit, stake, wallet top-up, subscription, or advisory call. See Terms of Service.

Production charges

Live card charges stay off until a payment processor accepts this exact product in writing. Until then, checkout on this site is sandbox or test-only and does not take a real card. There is nothing to refund on sandbox completions.

Merchant of record

When live charges are enabled, Paddle.com (or the processor recorded in the Betcipline PSP gate) is the merchant of record for card charges, tax, receipts, and refunds. Refund timing and method then follow that processor’s buyer terms as well as this page.

When we refund

Email support@betcipline.com if:

• you were charged but the purchased report did not unlock,
• you were charged more than once for the same audit,
• you need help recovering access to a report you already paid for.

A refund is not available solely because you disagree with an insight, score, or recommendation. Reports are analysis of your own history, not a guaranteed outcome or financial advice.

Digital delivery

The paid product is delivered immediately as software access to a generated report. If applicable consumer law lets you withdraw from a digital purchase, that right may end once delivery begins, where you asked for immediate access and acknowledged that.

How to request

Write to support@betcipline.com from the email used at checkout if you have one, and include the approximate time of purchase. Do not send card numbers. We will not ask for wallet private keys.
